Promotion of DX

The Suzuken Group places the highest importance on the ideas of "visualize," "connect" and "change" in the use of digital technologies. Namely, visualizing things we could not previously grasp, and connecting people and goods based on the information, and address various social issues by providing services and functions that change current situations and environments into new ones.

In order to utilize and embody digital technologies, we will evolve digital platforms through synergy with various health-tech companies and provide new solutions to drive DX in the medical and healthcare industries.

Due to the penetration of digital technologies in the medical and healthcare industries, various digital health services and their utilization are also increasing. Going forward, the healthcare DX-related market in Japan is expected to exceed 1 trillion yen by 2030.

The Group has been actively collaborating with health-tech companies since 2019. As part of its new business development that takes advantage of information obtained through its business and the existing relationships with customers, the Group will aim to provide solutions that can solve social issues by building digital platforms, visualizing information in medical and nursing care front lines, and connecting information with information and people with information. By combining functions and services of partner companies with real management resources such as the Group's distribution foundation, we will solve issues for the medical and healthcare industries.

We are developing and spreading adoption of the COLLABO Portal, a portal site for medical care and nursing care professionals that will serve as a comprehensive, all-in-one platform for a variety of digital health services in Japan and abroad. By connecting people and digital services, we aim to build a world where data is collected, and to build a platform that is more attractive not only to medical and nursing care professionals but also to pharmaceutical companies.

There is a growing need for a new wholesale function, “digital product wholesale,” to distribute digital health services such as treatment apps, health support apps, AI systems, e-commerce, and IoT devices. By connecting and promoting adoption of these services, we aim to contribute to our customers and community healthcare, and to provide optimal solutions to pharmaceutical companies and medical device and material manufacturers.

Sales representatives from our group wholesalers will be closely engaged in the promotion of adoption and support of the COLLABO Portal, which will help build customers’ trust in digital health services and safe and secure platforms.
