Under “Chapter ZERO,” we have focused our efforts simultaneously on both structural reform of existing businesses and challenges in new areas. We have implemented various initiatives in new business areas based on the concept of “Focus on Functions” to create new businesses by combining the functions of the Group and partner companies.
In the formulation of the new medium-term management plan that starts from fiscal 2023, the Suzuken Group will become “One Team” and advance the pages of “Chapter ONE” to continue creating new value as an entity that continues to provide new solutions and hope to the changing healthcare ecosystem*1 through the realization of health creation enterprise, thereby further enhancing corporate value and contributing to solving social issues.
